While we can’t fly you and your friends to Venice or Rome, Wolfhound dad and amateur chef, Georg Dahl and his wife, Alison, would like to take you on a culinary tour of Italy and allow you to explore the delights of its cuisine. Georg has always had a passion for great food and shares his love of cooking through delicious meals he creates for friends and family. Inspired by Stanley Tucci’s "Searching for Italy" series, this unique class offering will examine the different areas of the country and how each location reflects the ingredients found in the dishes that have become synonymous with each region.
